Occupational Therapist

Accepting applicants for part time, team-based, home-based OCCUPATIONAL Therapist with supportive, therapist-owned and operated, pediatric agency. You make your own schedule! Our service model assists family members to enhance children’s learning and development through everyday learning opportunities in their natural environment. The therapy service provider will serve as a member of a multidisciplinary team, to provide indirect discipline-specific services and supports as part of the child's early intervention team. Workload consists to 60-75% direct therapy, 25-40% Evaluations, Assessments and meetings with families and/or your team. Coverage needed in Southeast valley. Must have license and credentials for therapy provider. PLEASE do not apply if you are not a licensed provider currently.

Opportunities for part-time, home-based, teleintervention and in-person services available. Workload minimum 20 hours; could use as much as 32 hours per week.
